“We felt that the overall experience was excellent and the Ice Hotel and snow sauna were very unique experiences. However, we were asked to be at the meeting point 1/2 hour prior to the start of the experience. That seemed somewhat excessive, but we were willing to do that to prevent any unnecessary delays. But when the bus transporting us came 15 to 20 minutes late, it meant that we had to stand out in the cold for approximately 45 minutes for absolutely no reason whatsoever. If you are going to demand punctuality from your guests, you should make sure that the transportation is punctual as well.Read more”

“Safartica is an extremely professional company with excellent equipment and the most incredible guides. For this tour, they provide everything from overalls to boots including socks, and balaclava. You just need to show up and they take care of you. We were a group of 11 and had 2 guides Alessandro and Valentina. Both were very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I want to especially thank Alessandro - my wife was a solo driver and for some reason her snowmobile wasn't going as fast as others even with full throttle. “Honestly although the snow hotel is worth seeing I would not book this trip. Over priced, under whelming. Trip started by us needing to be at our location in the city centre at 16:25 which we were. Nothing happend till 16.55 when 2 buses arrived with the snowhotel destination on them. By this point there were lots of people with 16:25 and 16:50 times on their information. It was then a nightmare no one knew what bus to get we went to one with our ticket to be told our name was not on the list and he would not let us board even though we had the ticket. So…”

“The tour was just myself, my boyfriend and the tour guide. That was quite a nice touch to start with. The guide drove us to the hotel, showed us around all the rooms in the hotel and then led us to the restaurant where we enjoyed a 3 course meal (included in the price). We also got to enjoy a drink (not included in the price) in the ice bar - the glass is made out of ice and you can throw this at the wall as it’s no longer needed once you’ve finished it.
