We were picked up in an old car with a broken door and were indirectly criticized by the guide for opening the door too wide because they would then have to pay for the repairs themselves. We found that really unpleasant. Of course, we didn't do it on purpose. This incident left us with an unpleasant feeling, so we no longer felt comfortable.
